"A looped radio message mentions a possible safehouse somewhere along the Norra Saltholmen shore"

Strength in Numbers is a side mission in Generation Zero.

According to a radio recording you found, there were other survivors after the invasion. They seem to be taking refuge at a safe house near a pier at a place called Dyviks Udde. Probably somewhere along the shore not far from Saltholmen Church.

Walkthrough[]

  • Travel to Hästvik-far left of Södra Salthomen, northwest of Salthomen Naval Base.
(Go inside the green house and interact with the radio. Coordinates: 515,3642, 2223)
  • Locate the safehouse location on Norra Saltholmen
(travel northeast of Norra Salthomen to find Dyvik safehouse. Coordinates: 565, 2223)
  • Claim the safehouse for yourself
  • Clear the area of the machines

Mission Items[]

Looped radio message from a group of survivors

"If you hear this out there, know that you're not alone. There are more of us. We're holed up in a safehouse at a farm near the Dyviks Udde pier for now. It's easy to barricade, we have a few guns, and some food, but not much. Maybe it's isolated enough so those things won't find us right away. We're not sticking around long though, we're looking for a way out of here, by boat. Join us there - strength in numbers. Roland, Anita, Doris, Gösta, Björn & Stina"

Survivor's diary

There is only one entry in this journal.

"Anita Sjögren - observations
I was never much of a touchy-feely diary person, but in times like these, we all change I guess. Even Roland managed to take out one of these flying machines, all the practice on those cans wasn't in vain after all.
Björn promised he'd be back at the pier before sundown with his boat. He left this morning - can't tell if that's a good or bad sign.
Notes to self:
* Lay low / Walk in high grass
* Always find cover - avoid open areas
* Don't make a sound, don't run if they're close
* Best to move at night only

More observations tomorrow."
