Strategy[]
- Useful at mid-range, the RLG-7 is most effective against high health enemies, such as Tanks or Harvesters, and decently effective against Firebirds as well.
- It can also be used to take out groups of Runners in one hit, which is highly effective if the timing is right.
Trivia[]

The real life RLG-7/RPG-7.
- The RLG-7 is based on the RPG-7, a Soviet era reloadable anti-tank grenade launcher.
- The design of the RLG-7 is entirely fictional when compared to the RPG-7. The RLG has a strange bulge behind the grip infront of the trigger and the cone is strangely large compared to the rpg where the cone is small.
- RPG (РПГ) stands for Ручной Противотанковый Гранатомёт (Ruchnoy Protivotankoviy Granatomyot), which translates to “Hand Anti-Tank Grenade Launcher” though it’s commonly mistakenly referred to stand for the American phrase “rocket propelled grenade” which is incorrect. The in-game version of the RPG-7 stands for rocket launcher grenade; however, the Russian phrase is probably кулисная гранатометная установка or kulisnaya granatometnaya ustanovka. both are incorrect to the real life rpg-7, as the RLG-7 is not a rocket launcher, but rather a grenade launcher with a special integrated motor inside the warhead.
- Although it has the word “Rocket Launcher” in its name and behaves similarly to a rocket launcher, RPG-7s in real life are different from rocket launcher, as rocket launchers fire a single, self-propelling explosive charge, while RPGs can fire a warhead-integral inert rocket motor to propel their explosive charge.
- The RPG is one of the most widely known and easily recognized launchers in the world, unlike the AK variants (AK-M, AK-47, etc.), which are easily confused with each other.
- The 2.7x RLG-7 Scope that can be equipped the RLG-7 Rocket Launcher is based on the real life PGO-7 (2.7×) scope.
- Screwing in the rocket during the reload animation is incorrect to the warhead type it fires. To actually load a warhead, one must locate a gap in the loading muzzle of the RPG-7 and align it with the screw in the warhead to secure it for firing.
- The player doesn’t cock the hammer on the RLG-7 which is required for the warhead to fire.
The back of an RLG-7 warheads.
- The warhead's sticks booters, loaded into muzzle of the RLG-7 are too short for the hammer to ignite, and also lack vent holes.
- The warheads also do not have any form of booster on them in the form of a large propellant cardboard stick, which would realistically cause it to not fire.
Bugs[]
Dying with the RLG-7 scope equipped will cause the scope to disappear. The zoom level does not change, and any vision modules equipped will still be functional. To fix this bug, simply unequip the scope and equip it again.
