The Portable Cover is a deployable part of the Tactical Equipment Pack DLC.
It is a deployable barrier made out of various scrap metal parts. When placed, it can be used as a cover on demand against enemy gunfire. Very useful when fighting in situation where there is no cover available. The cover can only block a limited amount of shots before it breaks, but it is very durable. However, it may not be able to withstand heavy armaments such as explosives.
The Portable Cover can only be obtained via crafting station.
