The Adrenaline Shot is a consumable Health Restorative Item which can revive a player from being downed.
Adrenaline Shots can be found by looting from containers or can be found as a placed object.
As of the 2021 Resistance Update, Adrenaline Shots that are placed around the map, no longer respawn and chances of finding Adrenaline Shots decreases based on how many are carried. However, later updates disregarded the looting rate.
In terms of usage, you will be prompted when you see the "Downed" screen. It restores you to 30 HP. However, if the field medic skill is activated, it will restore you to full HP.
